We use a system called GoCardless which is a mandate direct debit.
Initially, after a quote and you have agreed the price, we will send you a link directly to your phone or email address, where you will be able to sign up in as little as 30 seconds. After we clean your windows, you will be issued with an invoice and payments will automatically be taken 5 working days after your clean.
For example: Your windows were cleaned on a Wednesday, payment will be taken from your account the following Wednesday, working days refers to Monday to Friday only and excludes weekends.
