A prior assessment was made of this property by first visiting to do an inspection of windows, frames and sills in person and to agree a date and time to complete the work, the customer is not required to be home, however, we like to meet our customers face to face to establish a relationship and to explain how and what will be cleaned and to ensure the customer knows what they are paying for.

The second assessment is made on the day we turn up to clean the property, a quick look around to make sure nothing has changed, and that nothing is damaged or anything that would prevent access.

We then begin with the first initial rinse, starting at the front of the property using hot pure water, taking into account weather conditions. It is then time to apply our “secret sauce” chemical which is specifically formulated to break down deep embedded dirt and grime on the window frames and sills, this is also applied to the glass and scrubbed using a soft window cleaning brush. This is all attainable from the ground, however, where further agitation or detail work is required, a ladder may be used for access.

We then leave this to dwell for a few moments and move on to further detail work, using a plethora of different detailing brushes, bronze wool, magic erasers or cleaning paste, this is to ensure we can achieve the highest standards you should expect from a window clean by our company. We use this process on each window individually to ensure the products do not dry on. Window sills, vents, framework, doors and garage doors get the same level of detailed cleaning.

After this process is complete, we then rinse the entirety of the window, frame, vent and sill down with hot pure water, rinsing out vents where applicable, and rinsing the gap in the sill where dirt builds up over time. This results in a very bright and clean window frame and sill, especially apparent on white uPVC frames.

We complete these steps on each window, and door on your property. A final check is done around the property to ensure that nothing has been missed and there are no water marks or spotting on the glass.
